18 Jan MHRSD aims to boost localisation in private sector security services
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) launched an initiative for organisations contracted with security guard companies this month.
In a bid to improve the working environments for Saudi Arabian workers, the inventive initiative was raised through the Ajeer platform and is just one part of the Ministry’s efforts to improve private sector businesses.
The MHRSD‘s plan includes counting the security guards’ localisation factor to benefit establishments contracted with security guard companies.
After meeting several controls and conditions, the establishments can enjoy several enhancements to the labour market such as increased efficiency, and improved contractual relationships.
As part of a series of initiatives launched by the Ministry, the contracted security company deal hopes to improve the work environment in the Kingdom.
