SEGULA Technologies opens new offices in the Middle East

SEGULA Technologies, a renowned global engineering enterprise, is establishing two officers to support its Middle East business.

The purpose of these offices is to support Middle East consumers working within the energy, aerospace, defense, rail, manufacturing, naval and automotive sectors, covering the full scope of competencies from design to manufacturing.

These two new offices will be located in Masfar City in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and in Cairo, Egypt.

The expansion is a result of the Middle Eastern markets investing large amounts of money in digital transformation initiatives – such as the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative.

The Saudi Vision 2030 seeks to overhaul the ways in which energy, security, engineering, transport, commercial businesses and more operate within Saudi Arabia, as the country’s overall economy moves from a focus on oil, to a more varied, tourism-based economy.

Through their two new offices, SEGULA is perfectly positioned to add to these sectors and further empower local engineering and security companies, especially relevant with the emergence of Smart Cities throughout the Middle East.

“Masdar City in Abu Dhabi is at the core of industry 4.0 and energy transition in the United Arab Emirates, while Cairo is the beating heart of the Egyptian industry and business landscape, where our strategic partners are set up,” commented Omar Khattab, Managing Director Middle East at SEGULA Technologies.

“Our ambition is to emerge as the partner of choice, and as a major contributor to the industrialisation, energy transition, and digital transformation of the Middle East, through partnering with our customers,” he concluded.
