Positive Technologies to display SOCs at GISEC Global 2024

Positive Technologies is all set to participate in the upcoming GISEC Global 2024, which is one of the largest information security exhibitions in the Middle East.

The event will be held in Dubai from April 23 to 25. The representatives from Positive Technologies will showcase their expertise in automating security operations centres (SOCs) and the MaxPatrol O2 metaproduct, which can detect and stop cyber attackers before they can cause any significant damage.

They will also present other key products and hold workshops to share their knowledge.

According to research by Positive Technologies, the Middle East is the main target for cybercriminals, primarily in the public sector, industrial enterprises, and the fuel and energy industry.

To strengthen cyber resilience, the company recommends that businesses in the region adopt a result-driven approach to security, which involves building continuous, automated protection against events deemed non-tolerable for the organization, as determined by top management.

Evgenia Popova, the Director of International Business Development at Positive Technologies, said: “The rapid digitalization of countries in the Middle East has spurred powerful economic and social development in the region, but has also made it an attractive target for cybercriminals. At GISEC Global 2024, our company will demonstrate the concept of autopilot in cybersecurity. Our team will share their experience working with the MaxPatrol O2 metaproduct, which puts this concept into practice and gives top management confidence that their business is safe from cyber threats. We’ll also be talking about a range of our other products and solutions to help you get real value from your cybersecurity investments.”
