SANS Institute has announced SANS Dubai February 2023 will be held in the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, from February 27^th to March 4^th, 2023. The event will be focused on threat detection and elimination, strengthening security architecture and managing a security operations centre, whilst tailoring defences to the needs of specific organisations.

Ned Baltagi, Managing Director, Middle East and Africa at SANS Institute, said: “Modern business is so driven by IT that cyber risk has evolved into business risk. The company promises an industry-leading training program that offers three main modules:

• Kevin Ripa for FOR578: Cyber Threat Intelligence
• Maxim Deweerdt for SEC511: Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations
• John Hubbard for MGT551: Building and Leading Security Operation Centres.

Sessions will run from 8:30AM to 5:00PM GST and will include several breaks throughout the day. A bonus session will also be held by Kevin Ripa on Wednesday, March 1^st at 6:30pm.

By the end of the sessions, students will be equipped with the necessary analytical skills to combat cyber threats and thrive in the fast based online world that dictates today’s business practices.
