With the current trend for a hybrid working operation, it’s even more important to ensure firms have a robust cyber security infrastructure in place against modern-day threats.

“Our mid-year-round up report sheds light on the threat landscape for enterprises in Bahrain and highlights the need for companies to adopt a strong IT security posture and strategise their way forward in the digital economy.”

Globally, Trend Micro solutions have blocked 40.9 billion email threats, malicious files and malicious URLs for customers in H1 2021, which is a 47% year-on-year increase.

According to research from Tenable, the majority of organisations believe the pandemic has been a key driver for cyber attacks.
