27 Apr Qognify and Gallagher offer integrated management systems
Qognify, part of Hexagon, a leading provider of video and enterprise incident management solutions, and Gallagher, leading manufacturer of flexible, integrated access control solutions, today announced the release of an integration between Qognify VMS and Gallagher access control.
In regard to physical security, only combined information enables a comprehensive assessment of a situation, which allows for an appropriate, timely response.
Qognify offers a set of open interfaces that seamlessly integrate all parts of a physical security solution, including access control, an intruder alarm or video analysis modules.
There is total bi-directional integration between Qognify VMS and Gallagher access control, the end user can choose between use of the Gallagher Command Centre or the Qognify VMS system.
Information can be presented through live video streams, which can be dynamically read through the use of the Qognify VMS plugin. This information can also be visualised as maps and floor plans in the Qognify VMS client, giving security personnel the ability to understand a situation from every angle, on any device of their choice, without having to switch between different user interfaces.
