10 Mar National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain enhances productivity with Matrix Time-Attendance solution
National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain has moved to a centralised Time & Attendance and payroll solution from Matrix which cover over 500 users.
The bank, which provides retail and corporate banking services through a network of 14 branches in UAE, was searching for a fool-proof solution that would help them in manage Time-Attendance and overtime calculation.
Matrix offered a centralized platform – COSEC CENTRA, to manage all the data centrally. Matrix door controllers (COSEC VEGA FAX) were installed in all the office entrances and integrated with a central platform that pushes event data to the server. The Matrix platform was integrated with the payroll system, details of which were previously entered manually.
The solution includes a range of features such as customised attendance policy formation and real item alert on attendance related event and auto-scheduled reporting.
