LogRhythm launches inaugural cybersecurity awards

LogRhythm has now closed nominations for its upcoming Pinnacle Awards which will acknowledge standout industry leaders who are solving today’s greatest security challenges.

The awards will recognise security leaders, programs and organisations that are making positive contributions to the industry. Award categories include Security Leader of the Year, Security Program of the Year and Outstanding Security Team.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for LogRhythm to recognize standout industry leaders who are paving the way for a more secure future,” said Mark Logan, CEO of LogRhythm. “Security professionals work in fast-paced and stressful environments, especially during a pandemic that has forced the world to transition to distributed work quickly. We look forward to honouring members of the security community who have truly done incredible work to keep their organisations safe this past year.”

Industry experts are now tasked with the challenge of making final decisions over who will be named as winners at the awards. Pinnacle Awards judges include Jake Williams, Chief Technology Office and Co-founder of Breaachquest; Paul Caiazzo, Chief Security Officer at Avertium; and James Carder, Chief Security Officer at LogRhythm.

You’ll have to wait until next month to find out the winners – as they’re being announced at the RhythmWorld Security Conference 2021, taking place virtually on October 12-14.
