Hanwha Techwin to show bespoke security solution for Middle East market at Intersec

Hanwha Techwin is slated to participate in Intersec 2019, the largest security exhibition in the Middle East region, from the 20th to the 22nd of January, 2019.

The expo will be held under the theme of “Expansion of Secure Life” and the venue will be divided into Street Zone, Mosque Zone, Infra Zone and Technology Zone.

Hanwha Techwin will be a part of the effort to showcase the superb technology of Korea and invite the visitors to experience and see the future vision through various product demonstrations.

Street Zone is dedicated to security solution for wide urban areas and PNM-9320VQP and XNP-6550RH from Hanwha Techwin’s lineups will be presented.

PNM-9320VQP, a multi-directional camera with a PTZ function, can monitor 360° with just a single camera with 5 lenses, and XNP-6550RH, another PTZ camera, can zoom up to 55 times and can provide monitoring round the clock, supported by its IR feature.

As a specialized solution for the Middle East region, anti-dust solution which is resilient to dust and wind will be presented along with wiper-housing SHB-4300HW, and XNV-6013M, a mobile camera that can be installed inside vehicles, and its storage device, TRM-1610S, will also be showcased as well.

Infra Zone is dedicated to security solutions for industrial purposes including various infrastructures.
For this purpose, Hanwha Techwin will present PNM-9030V, a panoramic camera that can stitch multiple high-resolution images from multi-sensors into a single image, allowing viewers to monitor a wide industrial complex in one glance.

Also in the Infra Zone, TNU-6320E, an explosion-proof camera that can be used safely in industrial areas including petrochemical and gas, XNP-6320HS, a stainless camera that is resistant to both acidity and corrosion, which makes it suitable for installation near the sea or in chemical plants, and TNO-4030TR, a thermal camera that can be used for checking patients with fever at the customs in airports and seaports, will be presented to meet different needs of various industries.

The stitching solution, which can shoot left, right, top and bottom sides long container trucks in separate images and stitch them together into a single image, is likely to be the highlight of the Infra Zone, since the seaports in the Middle East enjoy a heavy amount of trade.

In Mosque Zone, a remote monitoring solution that enables mobile monitoring in a remote distance by ensuring free communication between NVR and integrated management software SSM will be showcased along with PRP-5000H16 which is a server-type storage device that can store a large amount of data.
Many large mosques need to handle a massive amount of image data from multiple cameras, and it is very important to effectively manage such data. Hanwha Techwin’s server-type storage solution makes it easy to maintain and manage image data, and it is expected to attract customers of the region.

Lastly, in Technology Zone, Hanwha Techwin will present a deep learning-based solution that distinguishes different types of sounds such as screaming, gunshot, explosion and glass shattering, as well as a solution that can detect unusual activities using a Skeleton algorithm. Also, in the same zone, products that showcase its advanced technology in optics and extreme low-light setting will be presented.

In this exhibition, Hanwha Techwin will premier its new lineup, Wisenet XPLUS, along with other Wisenet lineups. The new XPLUS maintains all the superb features of Wisenet X-series while adding easy installation feature.

A related source at Hanwha Techwin said, “Intersect takes place in the beginning of the year and its importance should be noted since it can provide a glimpse into the new year’s trend. Through this exhibition, Hanwha Techwin will meet and communicate with its customers, and solidify its leading position in the video security industry.”
