27 Jan Digital security recruitment sector booming in Saudi Arabia
According to research from LinkedIn, digital security is one of the fastest-growing job sectors in Saudi Arabia, alongside sustainability, sales and technology.
Both security operations centre analyst and cybersecurity managers make the top 10 of the most in-demand jobs in the region, with traditional security guards also being in demand.
According to LinkedIn the increasing demand for tech roles reflects the ongoing digital transformation and the growing emphasis on data and automation in the region. Four out of the top 10 roles in Saudi Arabia were those in the cybersecurity, data analysis and software development domains.
Technology was also forefront in the UAE, which saw growth in developer job openings, with three out of the top 10 jobs being software development roles.
