British consortium takes over 140 years of security expertise to Oman

A group of British security companies has formed a consortium to take to this month’s OFSEC fire & security exhibition in Oman.

The Nukleas Integrated Security Solutions (NISS) consortium aims to provide a one-stop solution for command and control/surveillance requirements and is actively looking to work with local partners.

OFSEC is Oman’s only dedicated fire & security show and takes place place between the 21-23 October at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat.

The NISS consortium aims to provide complementary solutions and a co-ordinated approach for all types of security projects by offering command & control systems, robust camera surveillance solutions, secure wireless transmission and networking, integrated communication hubs, incident management, perimeter intrusion detection, mobile devices, live streaming and video analytics (including world leading facial recognition). All NISS security and safety solutions are scalable, and tailored to each unique project requirement.

Together, the UK based NISS consortium has a track record of over 140 years of providing products, software and services for complex site designs and budget cycles,” says Richard Freeman, director of Nukleas. “With extended warranties, design support and local product supply, it simplifies complex solutions by providing a technical one- stop-shop, based on manufacturing standards and designs which are built to last. NISS can offer innovative turnkey and cost-effective solutions, supported by world leading training, and is actively seeking to build joint venture partnerships.”

The UK’s critical national infrastructure protection and emergency services are considered amongst the best in the world, and this reputation has been built by working in partnership with the UK security industry, including the deployment of Nukleas solutions. NISS experience and expertise ensures the safety and security of people and infrastructure across the globe, providing assurance through UK standards, including those set by the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI). The consortium’s concept is also advocated by the UK Government’s Department for International Trade’s Security Export Strategy and supported by UK export finance.

Nukleas Integrated Security Solutions is inviting all visitors to OFSEC 2019 to visit them at booth ♯H13 in the UK Pavilion to discuss any existing or future project requirements.

The NISS consortium comprises:
AMG, Digital Barriers, Capita, Harper Chalice, SeeQuestor, Integrated Security Manufacturing, 360Vision Technology, Wavesight
